    • To book a room, you must provide information about the guest.

    • The booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the hotel.




  2. Cancellation of the booking:



    • Reservations can be cancelled 48 hours before the arrival date without penalty.

    • In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival or No Show, a fine of one night's stay will be charged.




  3. Reservation change:



    • Changes to the booking (check-in/check-out dates, number of people, etc.) can be made depending on the availability of rooms and the conditions of the selected fare.

    • In case of a last-minute booking change, additional fees may apply.




  4. Payment:
